Pioneer Embroideries Ltd. is reportedly eyeing a South Korean company, which manufactures value added embroidery products, for around Rs200mn. No further details are available on the South Korean company, which has a capacity of 3,300m stitches per annum. The acquisition would enable Mumbai-based Pioneer to increase its capacity by almost 33%. |
