The Hakoba Experience; Hema Malini and Esha Deol Are The New
Brand Ambassadors of Hakoba Lifestyle Limited.
Taking
forward Hakoba’s roadmap of becoming global
player in women’s’ wear, the company has roped in Film
Stars Hema Malini and Esha Deol as brand ambassadors.
Announcing
the launch of the new face of Hakoba, Mr. Srikant Velu, CEO –
Hakoba Lifestyle Ltd, said, “This launch is one of the most
significant for the company as Hema and Esha represent the high
values which we stand for. Hakoba is synonymous for intricate
designs, exquisite craftsmanship and impeccable detailing,
virtues epitomized by our new Brand ambassadors.”
Hakoba
Lifestyle Ltd. is a subsidiary of Pioneer Embroideries Ltd. the
largest producer of embroideries in India and is one of the
largest producers of Torchon Laces. Pioneer is also strong in
offshore markets like US, Europe, Middle East, South America
& African countries.
Manufactured
at Hakoba’s state-of-the-art factory, the new collection has
been created by Hakoba’s very own design team in collaboration
with renowned fashion designer Neeta Lulla. Created with a fine
sense of design, painstakingly made from carefully selected
materials, Hakoba’s apparels are crafted with a passion for
detail enriching the brand experience.

this launch, Hakoba also plans to expand its brand presence from
currently being the most preferred brand women to also becoming
the favorite brand for the youngsters.
The
brand is targeted at women, who are today’s people; supremely
confident and conscious of the image they project.
Speaking at the launch, brand ambassadors Hema and Esha

Hakoba
offers, Ready to stitch salwar kameez and dupatta (SKD) sets,
sarees ranging from daily wear to bridal wear, fashion fabrics
for the customer to choose from and the recent foray into ready
to wear garments for both – Men and Women, which includes,
formal & designer shirts for men & women, ladies tops,
shirts, long skirts, middies, capris, denims, etc. The range
will soon be expanded to home furnishing and accessories. All
the products are reasonably priced and aims at giving customer
‘Value for money’ presently it has 45 stores spread
across 26 cities of India with an area of 500 to 2500 sq.ft.
It
has its presence in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Surat,
Vadodara, Rajkot, Indore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad,
Chandigarh, Patiala, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kanpur,
Ludhiana, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Jaipur, Kolkata, Jamshedpur,
Bangalore, Secunderabad and Coimbatore. The total retail space
of Hakoba is over 45,000 sq.ft.
The
company by this month would have 50 stores and is targeting to
open 100 stores across India & abroad by end of 2007. By
2009 it plans to have 200 stores and reach a turnover of Rs.150
crores.
