Mr. Ajay Kumar Agrawal, aged 37, is a Chartered Accouontant (1993, all-India 26th rank), CS and ICWA (1990, all-India 36th rank) by qualification. Mr. Agrawal brings with himself substantial functional experience in areas such as funds mobilization, accounting, compliance and taxation. He was earlier associated with the Ispat Group at Kolkata, and Mumbai-based Ginza Industries Ltd., a leading Raschel fabric manufacturer, as its CFO. He has been with Pioneer for over 8 years now. In his tenure with Pioneer, the Company has successfully completed about five acquisitions and two mergers, apart from the organic growth done over the years. Has a perfect blend of financial exposure as well as knowledge of embroidery industry.
